2019年10月31日起，以下2项技术法规内包含的产品将必须在SABER电子操作平台上进行注册并获取Product CoC和Shipment CoC，届时，相关产品如未在SABER平台进行注册，将无法清关：

1) 汽车零部件的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Auto Spare Parts；

2) 个人防护用设备和服装的技术法规/Technical Regulation for personal protective equipment and clothing

自2019年10月31日起，将停止经过CQC产品认证业务办理系统为上述产品签发符合性证书CoC，11月1日之前签发的CoC仅被允许在2019年11月15日之前使用。

重要提示：以下技术法规覆盖的产品已开始强制执行SABER电子平台注册：

1) 使用天然气运行的设备及其配件的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Gas Appliances and their Accessories;

2) 海湾儿童玩具技术法规/GCC Technical Regulation on Children Toys;

3) 海湾低电压电器设备技术法规/GCC Technical Regulation for Low Voltage Electrical Equipment and Appliances;

4) 润滑油技术法规/Technical Regulation for Lubricating Oils;

5) 建筑设施用电梯的技术法规/Technical Regulations For elevators used in buildings and installations

6) 建筑材料，第一部分：建筑金属及合金材料/Technical Regulation for Building Materials- part I: Metals and their Alloys for constructions and buildings

7) 建筑材料，第二部分：建筑保温材料及覆盖材料/Technical Regulation for Building Materials - Part II: Insulating and Cladding Materials for Buildings

8) 建筑材料，第三部分：水硬性胶凝材料及相关产品/Technical Regulations Building Materials - III Hydraulic links and related products

9) 建筑材料，第四部分：砖、瓷砖、陶瓷、卫生器具及相关产品/Technical Regulations Building Materials - IV Bricks, tiles, ceramics, sanitary ware and related products

10) 电动平衡车的技术法规/Technical Regulation for the Electric Self-balancing Boards (Scooter);

11) 卡车和挂车的前部、后部及侧面护栏的技术法规/Technical Regulation for front, rear and side barriers for trucks and trailers;

12) 可降解塑料产品的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Degradable Plastic Products;

13) 电池的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Electrical Batteries;

14) 油漆（涂料）和清漆的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Paint (Dyes) and Varnishes

认证流程：

1. 第一阶段：沙特阿拉伯本地进口商在SABER平台对产品进行注册，并提交Product CoC申请；

2. 第二阶段：在取得Product CoC之后，针对每批次货物，沙特阿拉伯本地进口商需在SABER系统中上传信息，经认证机构审核通过后获取Shipment CoC。
